My only question is that…” Why do we have to set the novel that each state has to do? ” Can’t we just leave it for their teachers or the students themselves to choose???

Was wondering about the Form 1 – 3 syllabus… Do correct me if I’m wrong..

Form 1 = *PAPER 1* Poems (The River & Mr Nobody); Short Story (Flipping Fantastic)
Form 1 = *PAPER 2* Novels (Black Beauty, Journey To The Centre Of The Earth & The Boscombe Valley Mystery)

Form 2 = *PAPER 1* Poems (I Wonder & Heir Conditioning); Short Story (One Is One And All Alone)
Form 2 = *PAPER 2* Drama (Rumpelstiltskin)

Form 3 = *PAPER 1* Poems (A Fighter’s Lines & Leisure)
Form 3 = *PAPER 2* Novels (?? 3 new titles ??)
